How long will it take to get my order?
All orders (not pre-orders) must be placed by 12.00 noon GMT Monday to Friday to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon GMT on Fridays as well as any orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
We will always try our best to process orders received after these times but this is not guaranteed.
All pre-orders will have noted on their product page the expected release date.

Why don't you stock my size?
We're sorry that we don't currently stock your size. We're still growing and rapidly expanding the range of sizes we have available. Let us know what size you are at email@example.com and we'll do our best to get it for you ASAP.
Orders & Returns
My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?
We're really sorry about this. The first thing to do is check the status of your order on the My Account page which is located on the footer of our website, if your delivery has tracking you can also search your tracking number.
If you're still having problems, get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make sure you get your order.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
To cancel or change your order, please email email@example.com with your order number and the full name which was used to make the order.
Do I need to have a profile to place an order?
You don't, however, if you do you'll be entitled to exclusive offers 🙂
How do I track my order?
If your delivery has tracking, you will be sent your tracking number with a link to the email address you used to make your order once your order has been completed.
How do I return my order?
We're sorry to hear that you want to return your order.
For lingerie please ensure that it's unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
For cosmetics please ensure the product(s) have not been opened or used.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the full name used to make the order and we can have a return label emailed to you.
You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days of us receiving your return.
Please note that you will not receive a refund on the cost of delivery if you paid for it.
